"Diana has great market knowledge. She was able to balance my interests as a candidate with the interests of the employer that was looking to fill an important role with the right candidate. She guided me through the interview process and was great to work with - in the process, she became a friend as well as a business contact. I respect her and know that she has the best interests of both candidates and employers in mind when she takes on a search. This is a rare and valuable thing in recruiters. I would definitely hire her if I had an opening to fill in my own department." - John Grady, General Counsel of Steben & Company, Inc.
"I was very impressed with the search Diana that conducted to find a General Counsel for Steben & Company. She had the skill and instinct to understand what I needed and who would fit into our culture. She zeroed in quickly on high quality candidates, and we are very pleased with the General Counsel that we ultimately hired through her efforts. I would recommend her for an attorney search without reservation." - Ken Steban, CEO of Steben & Company, Inc.
