TRICIA MCGRATH

Tricia McGrath is a Director of Lateral Link. Tricia works with partner and associate candidates on law firm searches, and with candidates seeking in-house positions in both the New York and Washington, DC regions. She is a strong advocate for her candidates and strives to find the best match for each candidate and employer. Before joining Lateral Link, Tricia was a recruiter at BCG Attorney Search, a national legal search firm. Prior to becoming a recruiter, she was a tax associate at Shearman & Sterling in NYC, a corporate associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in Menlo Park, California, and a tax manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tricia holds a B.A. in Classics from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
