My Background:
Justin Bernold is a Director of Lateral Link, based in Boston, Massachusetts. Before joining Lateral Link, Justin was an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein LLP, an intellectual property boutique. Justin previously worked as a corporate associate with Foley Hoag LLP and a tax associate with Sullivan & Worcester LLP, both AmLaw 200 firms, and as in-house counsel to Student Advantage, Inc., a publicly traded marketing and services company. Before entering private practice, Justin was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Edward R. Korman in the Eastern District of New York.
Justin is a Westinghouse Scholar and a former editor and author for the Let's Go travel guide series. Justin received an A.B. in Literature from Harvard University, a J.D. from the University of Virginia, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University.
