Kristina practiced at Gibson Dunn for four years before joining the firm's recruiting department. As Legal Recruiting Manager for the D.C. office, Kristina directed Gibson Dunn's summer associate program, diversity initiatives and attorney recruiting, including on-campus, lateral, and judicial clerk hiring. Kristina has multiple years of experience analyzing and identify hiring needs, predicting hiring outcomes based on historical trends, screening applications and making initial hiring determinations, and initiating follow-up with top candidates. Kristina is well-versed in designing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the law firm hiring process. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2002 and her B.A. in Journalism from Michigan State University in 1993.
