Paul Hastings and Lateral Link have organized a diverse panel of General Counsels and the Chair of Paul Hastings Global Diversity Policy and Program Committee to discuss how a law firm's ability to build a diverse organization can offer distinct advantages in attracting and retaining clients.

Through our CLE accredited panel discussion and networking reception, we intend to promote a candid conversation on the following: why diversity matters; how law firm diversity efforts can affect business relationships; how organizations measure and evaluate law firm diversity efforts; and what are some of the most successful methods for diverse attorneys to advance.
