Our In-House Practice Group specializes in recruiting General Counsel, compliance counsel, and other in-house legal counsel for Fortune 500 companies, media companies, financial institutions, and technology start-ups. For the vast majority of our in-house searches, we conduct an in-depth analysis of our client?s need and culture to determine the specific type of candidate who will supply the best fit for the opportunity. We take each in-house search very seriously and conduct a thorough screening, including a personal interview and questionnaire, to determine a successful match. Given our time investment in the process, we recruit only for in-house opportunities that we feel are suitable for our top-quality and dynamic candidate network. For a more general list of opportunities, we offer in-house candidates the opportunity to post in-house jobs to other candidates via our network.
