The Chicago office is seeking a couple of mid-level corporate associates.

4-6 years of general corporate experience, including M&A, securities and private equity.

	Guaranteed Signing Bonus Lateral Link provides a guaranteed signing bonus to Members who are placed in full time law firm positions. This signing bonus equals (a) $10,000 for positions with a base salary of $160,000 or more and (b) $5,000 for all other law firm positions. This bonus is paid shortly after the Member commences full time employment and Lateral Link receives compensation for such placement.
