The New York office is seeking corporate associates.  Because the firm is actively growing, attorneys get significant active hands-on experience.  Backgrounds with m/a preferred, top academic credentials required.

Position Requirements:
The attorney should have 1-6 years of general corporate experience at a major law firm and outstanding academic credentials.
