The Litigation Counsel assists in the management of the corporation's defense of complex litigation - including the development and management of annual budgets.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed and in the active practice of law for 5-7 years

Demonstrated expertise in management of complex litigation

Significant experience and responsibility (both at trial and pre-trial) in complex litigation (e.g., product liability, IP)

Strong in-house litigation experience (i.e., management of outside counsel)
In-house experience in the development of and meeting departmental budgets
Strong experience in the field of document retention (including development of policies and schedules)
Strong financial background (e.g., experience with management of budgets, understanding the potential business impact of litigation, CPA)

	Guaranteed Signing Bonus Lateral Link provides a guaranteed signing bonus to Members who are placed in full time law firm positions. This signing bonus equals (a) $10,000 for positions with a base salary of $160,000 or more and (b) $5,000 for all other law firm positions.
