Litigation Associate

A Houston boutique is seeking a junior commercial litigation or IP litigation associate.

1-3 years of relevant experience, strong writing skills, the ability to manage cases on his or her own, and the ability to hit the ground running required. Judicial clerkship preferred but not required.

This young, high-level Houston litigation boutique is growing rapidly. Consisting primarily of refugees from large firms, the firm has a diverse litigation practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Although it handles many high-stakes litigation matters for multinational companies, the firm also represents individuals and mid-sized businesses with serious legal issues. Attorneys at this firm receive heavy trial practice experience and young associates are expected to manage cases with nominal supervision.
