Position Description:

The Washington, D.C. office is seeking a mid-level IP associate.

Position Requirements:

2-5 years of post-JD experience with an Electrical Engineering degree required.

The firm is known for its litigation expertise as well as its regulatory practice and Beltway connections, with more than 100 attorneys at the firm having served in high-level government positions. Other core practice areas include antitrust, corporate, bankruptcy, intellectual property, securities, and labor and employment.
