Welcome to Our Lateral Listings Service
The Lateral Listings services allows Lateral Link Members to post in house jobs directly to the Lateral Link Member network for a small posting fee.
Lateral Link filters these job listings to qualified candidates who may self-submit without the active participation of our recruiters. Unlike other job posting boards, your Lateral Listing will deliver a manageable pool of resumes from pre-vetted, qualified candidates.
We charge a small posting fee, $495 per job for a ninety (90) day period.
PROCESS:
Unlike our retained and contingent searches, Lateral Listings do not involve the professional services of our legal recruiters. Candidates who are interested in these positions will submit resumes directly to the employer via our online submission portal.
