Lateral Link requires different information at different stages of the placement process. First, in order to initially register as a user and establish an account, Lateral Link requires basic contact information and other placement related preference descriptions. Second, in order for a Candidate to submit information to an Employer (i.e., resume and/or transcripts), or an Employer to reach out to a Candidate (i.e., job postings), Lateral Link requires additional information, as further described in detail under our Business Model.

Lateral Link stores account usage information and certain account establishment information. We covenant to disclose such information only to certain authorized third parties in accordance with the terms and user agreement of the website. However, Lateral Link reserves the right to use this information for any reason necessary to operate or administer its service or the website.
