Bio
Bob Allen is an Executive Director of Operations at Lateral Link, located in the Los Angeles office. Bob started his career in operations at GE Capital before joining Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, currently known as Toyota Financial Services (TFS), as one of the first employees at the company's inception. Bob retired as a Vice President at TFS, working for over twenty years in various capacities at the company, from managing domestic operations to overseeing international expansion, where he led TFS's entrance into Western Europe - England and Italy, and Latin America - Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, and Argentina. Bob was a member of TFS's Management Committee, Pricing Committee, and Credit Committee. As Bob worked closely in his business role with several General Counsels and Directors of Human Resources during his tenure at TFS, he understands the important interplay between legal, business, and human resources from the client perspective. At Lateral Link, Bob brings over 30 years of management experience to our fast growing and innovative legal recruiting team. Bob oversees our day-to-day business operations as well as serves on the Firm's Management Committee for policy and strategic planning. Bob is a father of two sons, both of whom are attorneys, and resides with his wife, Anne Marie Allen, in Palos Verdes Estates, CA.
